continuously bending my head to work has resulted in excruciating neck pain. Can anyone suggest a simple solution. |

Many things can trigger neck pain. These include:
* trauma or injury
* worry and stress
* falling asleep in an awkward position
* prolonged use of a computer keyboard.

People with weak neck muscles are more prone to neck problems and in such cases, an exercise programme to strengthen the neck is a good idea. |

Keep looking up from your work. Move your neck backwards and forwards and towards the sides too. Do exercises for the neck in the morning and you will notice how much better it makes you feel. There are yoga exercises for the neck which are very simple.

Thanks for posting valuable information on neck pain relief. I am constantly working on my laptop for most of my daily life. Due to this i developed some neck pain in the recent months. i am searching the web to find some useful suggestions on pain relief and neck relaxation. The members in this forum had done a fantastic job. |
