i need answer for two things... one is how to lighten these black marks or after scars... second is how to prevent these pimples from occuring espeially duing the menstrual cycle...

for the scars use coconut water. leave it on for a while and then wash it off. Curd is also a good scar remover. To keep pimples one tested and tried formula is to avoid fried foods and follow a stricy cleansing routine.

apply raw tomato or rub it n leave for pimple marks.

I am not sure if there's any yoga asan to reduce pimples, however taking steam has been advised in Ayurveda. Although that's better for blackheads rather than big and red pimples...
