do bhujagasna daily 15 times. try to squeeze your belly when u work or walk. it is very helpful. |

firstly u r a guy ... u shud join gym ... nd appoint a trainer 4 urself .... nd stop eating oily nd sweet ... nd try nt 2 eat anything after 7pm .... |

Its better to consult a good work out trainer.You should join gym....thats the best option to remove extra fat from stomach. |
