Use this formulae and younsure will lose weight besides, there are no side effects. Cut down on carbohydrate and oil intake drastically. Use soya flour instead of wheat flour. Try and cut down on rice comopletely. Replace your regular tea with green tea. Do brisk walking for 15 minutes everyday.

Hey, I was also a BPO employee. One thing you could possibly do is reducing the junk food intake. You can have a fruit juice or a fruit salad (without icecream) instead of junk food. You can also increase your activity by walking for collecting milk and groceries in the morning (you would have just arrived from office- so no worry of raising early), sweeping your house daily or even alternative days, taking steps instead of your office lift, you can take a quick walk during your breaks and you can do all other things which will keep you active. Remember our sedentary life will affect our married life in a greater way if you dont practice all these now. All the best!!
