As I used to remove the whiteheads below the lips with nails; a dark spot has remained. Any solution?

use a scrubber thrice a week & do bleach it help reducing mark on face

hi i am using melas cream and lotion for last 3 years, but from last 4 monthes i am not satisfy with its results.
