The best way to control your angriness ,frustrations,helplessness etc. is not to control it at all. When one is angry,one is like a. ready to explode volcano,whose devastating capacity is unknown. A suppressed feeling of anger can cause havoc in your life &wellbeing. The best thing is to have it out in solitude at the top of your voice with all the worst expletives you can think of towards the cause of your angst.When you have had your heart's fill of hate shouts,RELAX, Sit down,&Feel good for having ousted all the inside venom out.Calm down.be cool and now think over the situation in a positive manner.You will be surprised that a totally different and positive aspect of the situation shall appear before you.
