I have been married for an year.I think i did a great mistake by accepting my husbands transfer to UK.Ileft my job and promotion all due to this and now i do not have job from the past 6 months even when i am trying desperately and i have to spend the whole day in home alone since my hubby works from 7 to 7.I am very depressed and in a way feel that i was forced to accept since my in-laws showed me a very happy and nice picture of my life that will be in UK but after arriving i realised that it was not all that good and nice.i do all the house work and most important we cannot go back for almost 2 years till my husbands work is finished.I feel financially dependant on my hubby for almost everything he tells me how and on what do i spend money and hence cant enroll for any classes.It were only my parents who did tell me the fact that life will not be easy but i did not listen to them.Plz can anyone tell me what do i do also may be i will not be allowed to work after going to India.I am basically timid person who cannot stand up for herself.Plz help me out.Thank you. |

What you have explained is exactly the same situation for many women in USA too. Left an good job for a US husband and came here in H4 VISA as a dependent. Doing house work 24/7/365 which is a thankless job. No feeling of accomplishment. After all what I do is toilet cleaning a cooking. I had people doing it for me back in India. Not that I don't want to do it, but nobody appreciates the work.

I started doing a small business online. There is many. You can write articles for websites, generate links for business etc...Good luck |

You girls are so well educated,emancipated and pragmatic,yet like to pity yourself due to lack of initiative on your part.Please donot blame others for your stupidities. How a computer& net sauvy person can remain idle and income less,baffles me no ends. Come on beauties,open your eyes and look around. People are making millions by working from the confines of their homes. Please forgive my words but the intention is pious. Hello, life will be hell if you are idle.Involve yourself in some work. Do a painting and post in sites and get appreciation. Ladies needs attention + affection and appreciation. This 3 A's are very important. There are lots of sites in internet where ladies intract with eachother, meet and spend time... facebook ------it is a excellent timepass...........and lots more sites....Type Indians in UK and find the various sites results.... Life is in your hand....Make it hell or heaven....That is up to u... |
