Hi, Ia 36yrs old working woman.married & having 2 sons aged 3 & 12. recently i checked my cholestrol and it shows my good cholestrol as 35 & bad cholestrol as 240 and total 290. doctor adviced me to control oil intake and exercise. can any one help me by giving proper guidance.pls note that i lost my mother when she was 49 because of heart failure. pls help me. |
