I come from a very conservative family, and am now working in a BPO. I find it very hard to relax and socialize with everyone in an informal way. Even in dress, I am unable to wear pants / jeans or casual wear like the rest. I feel shy to have to shake hands with men or address them (even my seniors ) by their first name. I feel out of place. What should I do?

Be confident about your work and what you do. Not all girls today shake hands with the opposite sex; it is not a compulsion. Be good at your job and slowly you will be able to interact with people. It all takes time.

See your inner beauty not your wears. you will feel comfortable. Ask yourself, sometimes back your sole wanted change from conservatives, now you got it, bring changes how you want, you will. Do not postpone joy (small moments too). You have two names Ami & Mina. Think that Mina is from home and Ami is from Office. Listen you sole voice, follow it, you will reach to happy tone soon.
