I have fallen in love with my colleague. He is about 9 years older to me, but we are working together in the same BPO and we have been spending a lot of time together. My parents otally object to it, because he is so much older, but I feel we are compatible. My friends at work have been warning me not to get involved with someone in the workplace, but I have! What should I do? -Anamika

It is easy to fall in love with someone in the workplace because the workplace is far removed from the real world. Go out with him more often and see whether you like him when you see him in the other world!
