I work in a BPO and my boss always seems angry with me. I`m not sure what I have done. Work wise I know I`m doing my work honestly. He did suggest we go out once or twice but I didn`t oblige, after that I find he enjoys finding fault with me or my work and shouts at me in front of others for no reason at all. Should I oblige him by going out with him? Its becoming very tiresome.

no way.... talk to him calmly, and ask for feedback. be prepared with answer to his possible work related questions. and try not to make any mistake.
