Forum    BPO    Cross Boss

I work in a BPO and my boss always seems angry with me. I`m not sure what I have done. Work wise I know I`m doing my work honestly. He did suggest we go out once or twice but I didn`t oblige, after that I find he enjoys finding fault with me or my work and shouts at me in front of others for no reason at all. Should I oblige him by going out with him? Its becoming very tiresome.- Cynthia

no way.... talk to him calmly, and ask for feedback. be prepared with answer to his possible work related questions. and try not to make any mistake.
