use lemon dipped in tea black like rai also scrub with scrubbing brush and later use moisturising

Yes, lime is the best solution. You are possibly placing your elbows on the table all the time as you work. Avoid this too. viji

I have use the melas cream but after some time our face have black , so please give me suggesstion for fair skin I am very worry

Scrub it regularly. Use lemon. Keep it wet for sometime and then scrub again. It'll work.
