Forum    BPO    Woman Boss

I`m working in a BPO and have recently got a promotion as Manager. My problem is, I feel, the women in my team resent me being the Manager because I am a woman. Why this resistance, does anyone know? Others I`ve talked to, also feel, it is the women who resist women bosses. - Kashmira
