I am 24 and single. I have been working for the IT industry for the last 3 years. Mine is a sedentary job and I have long hours. I don`t find time to cook, I do cook but I do whatever is quick. Of late my health has been failing and I am frequently down with cold, stomach upset, fever etc. I want to eat sensibly, but just don`t know where to start and how to go about it. Can someone guide me please. |

Eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. Avoid drinking water outside. Cook during weekends. Make time for that instead of sleeping all day long. Keep things ready in the fridge so that you can get ready a meal in half an hour.

U hav to be vry carful for health. Somhow u hav to be practiced cook as u like wih ur own whtvr tme u get in morn & eve. Also requrd good WASH (water-sanitation-hygiene) practices. Ths is the only way to overcom the problms. |

Eating right is only one part of the story. What many people don't know or don't care to know that the prime reason for small sicknesses like,cold ,sore throat,temperature, upset stomach etc is due to unwashed hands. Beleive me.Washyour hands thoroughly minimum 20 times a day.and see the magic happen before your own eyes sooner than later.
