I am working in a software company and my income is the main income in
our family. I am married to a nice man, and have a two year old child.
We both get very tired and are unable to take care of our kid, even
though we love our kid very much. Sometimes I even end up shouting,
scolding or beating him when he is crying constantly. I want to get out
of these tensions soon and live a happy life. Is it because I`ve got too
much on my plate? Or am I just plain stressed out? Please advise.

Dear Aakanksha, It seems you are bringing work tension at home which makes you upset and reason to scold you child. When angry try to take a heavy breath and control your self and then see for a better solution rather than scolding. Also take a trip of outing for a overnight to a good and cozy place to relax.
