Are you worried about your weight? Then check your diet. Include food with high protein content. High protein diet will solve your problem regarding weight.

High protein diet provides energy to our body. The foods with high percentage of protein are essential for our body since they help in strengthening the bones. Proteins helps in decreasing the excess fluid of our body and kills carbohydrate that increases our body weight. High protein diet helps a person to lose body weight within a short span of time. See that your diet contains enough of protein since low protein forms ketone. Ketones if released in blood can cause ketosis which is harmful for our body.

Foods containing protein

Consult your physician and check whether your diet is rich in protein. Try to include foods with high protein content in your regular menu. Casein is the protein present in milk of cow. Since casein is rich in protein and contains low cholesterol, hence it is good for health especially for babies. Casein is used in making coffee, whitener, cheese and also baby food.

Whey protein which is a natural protein obtained from the milk of cow should be included in diet. Whey contains surplus amino acid but no cholesterol. Whey protein will help you to get rid of excess body weight. If you have enough of whey protein then you wont feel hungry more often.

Chicken and beef are an important part of high protein diet. Avoid mutton which is rich in red meat.If you want to avoid heart disease then have chicken instead. If you are bore of having chicken everyday, then you can have fish frequently. Most of the fishes are rich in protein.Whether it is rohu or shrimp, tuna fish or salmon you will find protein in all of them. Fishes with high percentage of protein helps in improving vision. If you are following a high protein diet then have turkey and egg whites.

Amount of protein you require

High protein diet is good for your health. It not only helps in reduction of body weight but also prevents many other health disorders. But dont have excess protein. Be acreful about the amount of protein intake. 1 gram of protein per pound is ideal for all. However 2 to 5 grams of protein is also good for an individual.

There is also specific time of intaking high protein diet. Usually doctors advise to have proteins thrice a day, after waking up in the morning, following your daily work out schedule and at night. Remember to have your meals after definite time interval so that your body has what it requires.
