Healthy eating is the key to a healthy life. If you want to live a healthy and happy life then healthy eating is a must.

Healthy eating is one of the means of weight losing. If your diet comprises of healthy food then you will be able to keep a check over your body weight. Healthy diet will also help you to get rid of many physical problems.

Start your day with a glass of water. Squeeze a lemon and honey in it. Try to have this everyday early in the morning and you can easily get rid of your excess weight. You can also have a cup of tea early in the morning.

If you want to remain active and physically fit throughout the day then dont forget to have a healthy breakfast.Remember that breakfast is the most important meal taken in the whole day. For breakfast you can have a glass of milk with low fat content. You can have a slice or two whole wheat bread. You can also have 2 chapatis. If you feel bore of taking bread or chapati everyday then try idli which is a healthy food not only for the normal persons but also for those who are sick. A bowl of dahlia or porridge is also good for breakfast. Cornflakes and juice is ideal for breakfast.

Healthy eating will help you to avoid health hazards in future. Have some rice with pulses in lunch. Have fresh salad and green vegetables in lunch. Dont forget to have curd in your menu for lunch. You can have some fruits which help you to digest your food.

In the evening you can have a cup of tea or coffee with biscuits. You can have some upma during this time. A bowl of soup will be ideal at this time of the day.

Dont forget to have a healthy diet if you want to remain healthy. For dinner you can have two or three chapati with pulses. Some salad or hot soup will be ideal for dinner. Fresh green vegetables with soyabean in your dinner will give you extra energy and protein. Complete your dinner with grilled chicken or fish. Dont forget to have a glass of milk before going to bed.

Your food habit will be an excellent example of healthy eating if it is free from high fat content. Try to avoid spicy and oily food and have more fresh fruits, green vegetables, salads and milk. Only healthy eating is not enough. You should have your food after a definite time interval. If you take your food after a long gap then your tissues will absorp the fats. On the contrary if you have food at regular interval then your tissues will lack the capacity to absorp the fat content of your food.

Remember that only healthy eating can help you remain fit and fine.
