Working women often feel confused about how to handle their pregnancy at work and how to disclose the news to their employer? Though some women quit their job during early days of pregnancy due to complications, others take their office as a great way to overcome this long period. Break the News Early: Your pregnancy might affect your work plans so keep in mind all prospects before informing others in your office. You can hide the news during the first trimester but break it among your colleagues before anyone starts suspecting. Your boss will be curious to know your maternity leave plans and how you`ll manage your routine so inform him or her well before. Don`t hide the news for long as your sudden absence may mark a bad impression.
