Every organization requires team players to work on complex projects so that the projects can be carried out effectively from start to finish. Listen to your team mates, their suggestions, ideas, and solutions quietly and respect their views.Let them speak what they feel about a particular problem or a task, and if you feel any confusion, ask them to clear that.
- Accomplishing your tasks successfully is a great help for the team but bragging about it could pose threats to your personality. Don`t be over proud for your success and don`t mention it from time to time. Your team mates know that you did a good job. Just do a job successfully and remain earthed. - Supporting others idea is also a necessary part of becoming a team player. If you feel that what a person is saying can prove really helpful for your project, do support him. This shows that you are interested in others idea as well apart from yours.
