Well, its difficult to say what is more important- career or marriage. Both are equally important and have specific times when one should be preferred over another. Your career is what gives you right direction to lead your life while marriage makes life more interesting and develops some new relations with whom you feel great. You can`t leave one for the other as the fact is that to lead a happy marriage life you need a good career.

Career gives you stability and financial support, which are necessary to live your life to the fullest. It is a mode of earning and raising your family with great care. You need a lot of things to carry on your life wonderfully may it be home, materialistic things, and money, and  a career help you in getting all of them. Your work helps you stand out with respect in society.

Marriage gives you support and make your personal life liveable. You eat, enjoy, and share your emotion with your partner who makes you feel relaxed. Your partner stood by you in every situation and make you feel strong. You feel great after getting married as you have someone who loves you and cares for you. 

Career and marriage both hold importance in an individual`s life. They can`t be compared but if you made to select one out of two, the choice is only yours. Now the most important question comes in mind that can I manage both? Well, if you can, then its great, but there also exists a gender disparity. It is easier for males to make a balance between their career and family but for women, it seems difficult. Most of the ladies leave their job when they get married as they have plenty of household responsibilities that they need to look after. You can see many examples of men leading a successful life with both great career and intact families. On the other hand, either working women are single or unmarried or married and now divorced.

It`s difficult for married women to juggle between work and home but many of the 21st century ladies have broken the myth. Women are few as entrepreneurs, but they set examples in the society that women have comparative potentials to men and can lead a great career with happy marriage life.  Modern women have been putting in their best to achieve both career and marriage, and it feels good to know that most of them are successful.

You can also get both at the same time. You just need to deliver your best efforts with true feelings.
