With the new year approaching fast, this is time to decide on resolutions- the ones that you can stick to. Regular exercising is one such thing that we often forget after say the first three days. Here's a checklist of little changes that you need to make to keep the promise, Promise!
Make a plan: Like everything else in life you have to plan your exercise routine and schedule. Only then can you follow it without fail.
Start moving: if you have been inactive for a while, start with small exercise routines that will get ease your body into bigger things. Do things like short ten minute walks at least twice a day, take the stairs or just jog at one pace and stretch. This should make your body more supple.
Change routine: Exercising can get boring if you do not change the workout pattern. In fact the body's ability to burn calories reach a plateau if you the same routine for a long period of time. Mix your exercise routine, say cardio for sometime then shift to yoga and so on.
Reward yourself: Find a meaningful way to celebrate big and small accomplishments in your weight target, especially as you first begin exercising. This is a sure way to keep yourself motivated.
