Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants like vitamin A & C. Add one to two tomatoes to your diet everyday to fortify your skin. You can eat it in your salad or make a juice out of them.
Look for dark green vegetables like broccoli, spinach and carrots, sweet potatoes and squash. A daily dose at least two of these will give you vitamin A, a known skin rejuvenator.
Take a teaspoon of pure almond oil or munch on five to six almonds or hazelnuts or walnuts as a snack to get that essential vitamin E, that promotes cell growth and fights skin aging.
