• It also has centres to take care of children while the mothers work in peace.
• The company has done this because they do not want their employees to make a choice between work and children. The general feeling is that women must be encouraged to work without feeling that they are sacrificing their children.
• If you are a young mother, make sure that you talk to your company about how useful it would be have such centres.
• It will enable you to get to work on time.
• It will also enable you to go to work even if the child is a little unwell, because you know that there is someone to supervise the child.
