1. Tackle the more difficult tasks first thing in the morning. You are fresher then and you will not have the stress of handling this task at a later point of time in the day.
2. Don`t stress yourself by overpromising. Set reasonable deadlines for yourself. If you think you can complete the work today, tell them you will submit it tomorrow. You are more relaxed that way.
3. Before you leave the office, clean up your desk so that it looks clutter free the next morning and you feel like working.
4. Put down a list of things to do in a notebook so that you don`t forget. When you come in the next morning, you know exactly what to do!
