Tips1. When you come back home after a day’s work, don’t switch on the TV or the music system immediately. Relax in silence.

2. Do not have the TV on as background noise. Let your mind soak in as much silence as possible.

3. Light candles for an ideal atmosphere. Don’t let the lights be unnecessarily glaring.

4. If you are working from home, you have the luxury of having a very short nap in the middle of the day. It makes you feel less stressed out.
