You're pregnant; you enjoy it but are also a little stressed out. What do you do without exerting yourself too much?
- If your feet are aching or are swollen up, lie in bed with your feet on several cushions or pillows.
- Listen to your favourite music and hum along. Bring back all the memories of the song or music.
- Watch a comedy and laugh. Your baby too will feel so good.
- Take a small stroll in the park and breathe in fresh air.
- Enjoy a night walk with your partner and bond together while talking about the day.
- Enjoy a nice, warm bath. It will get rid of so much stress.
- Talk to your baby with your hands on your womb and tell her how much you love her.
- This kind of talking makes you feel much more responsible for the life within and will force you to de-stress.
