1. Remain calm, no matter what the situation. Constantly communicate with your team.
2. When there is an emergency meeting, tell each member of the group to remain calm and keep the discussion very, very professional.
3. Be tolerant and flexible towards those who are slow but are trying their best. Make sure that they are not lazy though.
4. If a single member is preventing the team from performing, there is no harm in putting him on to another project. But do it smoothly without ruffling the individual.
