Tips1. Cut down on unnecessary activities. Perhaps you spend too much time watching television and that leaves you little time for sleep during the weekends.

2. Stop picking up your cell phone when you know that it is not an emergency. Switch off and sleep.

3. Find some time to squeeze in at least ten minutes of exercise. You will love it so much that you will make time for more!

4. Learn to love your job and then you will feel better. As you walk into your building, tell yourself that you are lucky to be there. You will work wonders that day!
