Great skin at any age depends on how you take care of it. As you hit your late 20’s and early 30’s fine lines, dry patches and brown spots start appearing. It’s the time to start your anti-aging skin care. That way you can retain younger looking skin much longer. Starting an anti-aging skin care programme by the time you hit your 30’s will make sure that you can avoid deeper wrinkles for longer.
- Invest in a good cream that has added benefits of vitamins like Pro Vitamin B5 and Vitamin E, which improve the skin’s texture and banish fine lines that start appearing around your eyes and mouth.
- Look for creams with some SPF protection that will prevent darkening of skin and blemishes. A sunscreen with SPF 25 is the best.
- Pick up good under eye cream to keep the under eye area well hydrated, which otherwise starts showing age in your 30’s.
- When applying products on your face, layer them. Start with eye cream, then use an anti-aging serum and then finish off with a day cream or a night cream on a daily basis.
- Go for a skin brightening facial one every three weeks to a month. Start on microdermabrasion sessions if you find you skin getting dull.
- Try glycolic peel treatments that take away the dead skin cells and reveal new skin, which is younger.
- Take omega3 supplements after consulting your dermatologist.
- Try wheatgerm juice to fortify skin from the inside..
