Smooth buttery skin is what we aim for. But most of us stop trying just after the neck. An all over gleaming soft skin can make you feel and look. This can be yours with a little effort. Start your bathing ritual with a dry body brushing routine. This will not only slough off dead skin cells but also reduce the appearance of orange-peel skin or cellulite. Begin your bath by brushing your body using a long handled body brush with natural hair bristles. Using long firm strokes start at your heels, going over shins and calves and then the thighs. Using anti-clock wise circular strokes brush your stomach and use long strokes over your back. This helps improve your blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, leaving you with a smooth skin. Finish off with a good dose of moisturiser post bath to get a gleaming body.
