Cyber Bullying

Schooling is becoming a nightmare for many teens abroad because of the kind of physical, emotional and psychological bullying that is constantly taking place. Some parents are looking at the option of home school, but what they don`t anticipate is cyber bullying which follows them home! Cyber bullying is even more tortuous because even if you don`t go online to receive the messages, there are other people out there who are reading about those threats targeted at you.

Avoid

What teenagers have to avoid is putting anything on the website which could be used against them. Experts insist that when cyber bullying happens too frequently, then the messages have to be printed out and shown to the bully`s parents so that they take some action. If that doesn`t happen, then the police have to be called in. A child who is being bullied tends to become withdrawn from both family and friends. The victim loses interest in hobbies that she has been pursuing or anything else in the outside world. Parents have to keep watch for these signs and keep all channels of communication open to help the child.
