The terrorist attack in Mumbai has made life nightmarish for people. People are cautious about interacting with others or even sitting next to another on a bus. What's more, some have even lost their appetite and are unable to eat and sleep. Having a normal conversation becomes almost impossible, because the ears are alert for any kind of screaming or bombing.

Build a Community

Becoming a part of a larger community in a neighbourhood, office or educational institution helps you work out in your mind what you can do under such circumstances. It is essential that those affected do not watch news channels that have a re-play of the same incident. Instead, relax by doing something creative and soothing like listening to music, going on to drawing, painting or any kind of craft work. Terror and terrorists have become an almost integral part of the world; to combat these terrorist attacks we have to learn to be alert and be terror-free so that we can wage a war against them.
