We have no choicecomputer related problems are here to stay.
Long hours of exposure to computers give users a headache and sometimes cause eyes to burn. Doctors
explain that since the eyes are mostly deigned to view things from a distance, peering at something
that is at a close range, especially for long hours, can be very demanding on the eyes. This leads to
stress of the eyes, since the eyes have to focus and re-focus on the images again and again so that
they are clear. It is also the prime cause of myopia.
Dry Eyes
The less you blink, the more irritated are the eyes. Old monitors, lack of lighting and excessive reflections from the monitor can add to
this problem. Most of these eye problems can be reduced by constant blinking (this makes the eyes moist), making sure that there is not much
glare from the computer and by taking regular breaks from work.
