Do you know that an ill-fitting bra not only causes discomfort but can also lead to pain of the neck and shoulder and also lead to breast cancer? Although women are liberated, they do feel embarrassed when it comes to finding out what their right size is and this results in damaging the breasts. Some of the ligaments in the breast are very tender and wearing a bra that is too tight fighting can damage these. The breasts do undergo a change in size over the years, like the rest of the body. Pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and in later years, menopause, all have their impact on the size of the breast.

So, just as your hip size changes over the years, and you go in for a larger or smaller pant size, this is true of bras too. Women have to watch out whether they feel ill at ease with their old size; if that is the case, they should not feel uncomfortable about going in for a bigger size or even a new brand.
