Do you think it is enough if you paint the walls of your bedroom a light, cool shade or even a green shade? What about your pillows and mattresses? Get yourself mattresses and pillows that are made from natural materials such as hemp, organic cotton or linen. Remember, what you are lying on, is what you are breathing! The carpets in your bedroom could possibly be responsible for those allergies you have. So, if you still need a carpet in your bedroom, go for natural fibre carpets such as wool or jute.
Healthy SleepIf you want to sleep well, do not spray those air fresheners; they smell good, but actually do your health a lot of harm. Instead, light perfumed candles or even incense. A few house plants will also go a long way in making the air in the room healthier. So, let's save the environment and remain healthy even in our sleep!
