Sometimes you become depressed because you are ill; that kind of depression vanishes once the illness goes away. Then there is the other kind of depression that comes in the wake of problems. Even those go away once the problem is solved. The third category of depression is the kind that makes you weak and want to cry for no reason at all! How does one handle that?

Foul Mood

Brush away the foul mood by exercising or jogging. You may not even want to get out of bed, but put on your best dress and look gorgeous. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are the best! Send a mail to someone you haven't been in touch with for a long time or give a call to a dear one. Plop up pillows and watch your favourite channel, eating ice cream! Or go shopping and splurge on yourself like never before. Your blues will soon vanish!
