Women on the board of directors of companies could help other women reach the top and this is precisely what women at the top are doing. They prefer employing senior executives who are women. Firms with 30% of women board directors in the year 2001 had 45% more women executives at the top by the year 2006. The Fortune 500 companies have a growing number of women leaders. The message to women at the top is to remember their own struggles to get there and help out someone else who is trying to climb up the rungs of the ladder.

The more time a girl spends on the internet, the more the body mass index increases. This is probably because there is no physical movement and is perhaps also accompanied by snacking.
