You are as young as you feel, is the saying. Dara Torres at 41, felt exactly that as she swam with the other competitors. She took 3 silver medals! Torres of course wanted the gold, but she is happy enough with her silver and also happy for another American, Michael Phelps, who calls her "mom"! She feels that it is going to be tough for anyone to even try attaining the record that Michael has, let alone try surpassing it. Sports critics say that her accomplishment is also an extraordinary one. She has competed in five Olympics and has 12 Olympic medals to her credit. Her mother, who was responsible for introducing her to the pool at the age of seven, is astounded at her daughter's feat. Torres says that she will also introduce her daughter to swimming so that she too can follow her dream!
