Women and Anger

Most women handle anger in two ways. At home, they give vent to their anger and let off steam, so to speak. At the office, they are cooler and only respond, without reacting. They think over things and then have a cool discussion. Women start out very energetic in the morning, but towards evening when they return home and they find that the family too is waiting for her to sort out their problems, that is when she loses her temper. If women were given the time to de-stress and unwind, then they wouldn't become hysterical.

Clamming Up

Most women clam up when they are angry. They do go about their work but do not encourage any kind of conversation. Some women freeze so much that they stop talking for nearly a month. If it is the partner's fault, then women don't relent until the apology comes forth. However, doctors say that women need to open up and discuss the issue with the person in a logical manner because otherwise the other person doesn't really understand what the problem is!
