Nasscom is organising an event for women in the IT field in Bangalore at the Leela Palace. The event, to be held on November 19 and 20 will explore the kind of opportunities women have in the present IT scenario. The conference, called Transforming Enterprises and Societies, will examine the role that women leaders will play. CEOs, HR heads and others will exchange their perspectives and experiences on how women can help shape the future of companies.
Career Path
The conference is to help women understand the kind of skills that they need to acquire to move up the corporate ladder. They will also understand the kind of knowledge they need to be equipped with within the workplace. Nasscom will also be presenting corporate awards for excellence during the event. Women who would like to meet people in the industry and get contacts should probably be attending the two day summit.
