The Formula 1 has seen a steady growth of women fans who love fast cars as much as the men do. This year's Singapore Grand Pix will see women race marshals too. Having undergone rigorous training, women are doing various jobs. Some are doing the job of monitoring the track before the race to see that there are no hurdles and the safety barriers are in place. They are also responsible for safety measures and this shows the heavy responsibility they have since they will be responsible for the safety of the top men in the race too.

The women are now extremely busy going through material that has to be read, attending workshops and also role-playing various scenarios that they are likely to face when on the job and in the presence of the public.
