You know its time to get married when, you feel that all you want in life is to make your counterpart happy. To make ones love life a promising one, there is no better option than to prepare for the propitious ceremony of wedding. The importance of wedding cannot be denied, since this is the occasion when two different people join together for the rest of their life. The essential feature of wedding is not only the joining of hands but the hearts also join together. The Wedding Importance is accepted by the people all over the world. This is not just the ceremony to join two souls together but to give a definite shape to their life, in a way it is beneficial for the society.

The importance of wedding cannot be judged by the way the society looks at it, but how deeply an individual craves for it. Every religion follows certain principles and rituals during the marriage ceremony, catering to the old beliefs and notions which they hold. Since marriage is a long-term union between two people this ceremony is given its due importance throughout the world. Unlike many other occasions, wedding does not cover the interests of the whole community but few individuals. Those who have the apathy towards wedding must realize that wedding across the borders does help a lot in creating harmony between two different religion and ethnic group.

There are various extensive religious doctrines about wedding, which reflect a lot on its undying importance. Apart from rendering a nice scope for cementing the bonding between two people, the marriages cover up certain social expectations of the people.
While to some wedding is a foundation of the structure of society, some considers it both a physical and spiritual bond that endures into the afterlife. While Hinduism realizes the importance of wedding as it is a sacred duty that meets both religious and social obligations, other religions describe marriage ceremonies in their own way.
