This is a movie all about a NRI girl, Anu who came to India after she has split up with her lover Danny Grover. Anu plans to return London to attend the marriage of her step sister Shirani. Shirani was getting married to another NRI Kunal Shah who is a Gujrati businessman as well as Danny`s best buddy.

The story goes like this that Anu thinks of an plan to win back Danny by making him jealous of her new relationship with a middle class guy Aman from Mumbai who has also come to attend the wedding. Accidentally, it was found that Shirani was involved with Danny previously which caused a severe heartbreak for Anu. At the course of various incidents and drama, Aman developed a feeling for Anu and later both of them started liking each other. It was also discovered that Danny appointed Kunal his best buddy to get to Shirani and then convince her to stay with him a lead a happy life. Shirani breaks down and expresses that she is in love with Kunal not Danny. Later after all the misunderstandings and problems, when Anu finds the truth about Shrani and Danny`s relationship Anu takes drastic decisions.

The family happens to know everything about Anu and Shirani relationship. On one hand Aman was asked to leave for India by Anu and on the other Shirani informs Kunal about Danny. Kunal takes the initiative to throw out Danny from their life and also convinces Aman to return to Anu. Aman promises to do so, as long as Kunal agrees to marry Shirani. The movie ends on a happy note with the union of Anu and Aman.
