Dating is all about spending quality time together, getting to know each other and making some pleasant memories. Each time a couple meets, they get to dig a bit deeper into the life of the significant other. Going for movies every weekend can be a costly affair. However, what one can do is borrow some classic movie DVDs from friends and watch them at home with her date. Get some popcorn, soft-drinks and get cozy on the couch. It`s best that both make a list of their all-time favorite movies and watch alternately from each list.

One of the best places to bowl him over is a bowling alley. Bowling is cheaper during weekdays rather than weekends. So, plan a bowling game accordingly. Picnic is an excellent way to spend the day together, feeling the cool breeze, watching the birds, basking in the soothing sun. Make sure to plan it well, one can make the lunch, other will be responsible for drinks and dessert. After having lunch, they can read a book together, dance to some soft tunes played in the cellphone or simply share their life experiences with each other. 

Who wouldn`t want to go to a music concert? And since the entry tickets are highly overpriced, one can attend the concert of low-profile bands. These not-so-famous bands are actually talented and often crying out loud for audience chances are that the entry tickets would be cheap. Better yet, some bands even play for free just to market themselves; hence, one should regularly check the Internet for some low-profile bands performing in the city.

Another great way to save cash on dates is taking a tour to art and/or literature exhibitions which are usually progressing year-round at libraries, museums, schools and colleges. If one finds it slightly boring, the other can spice the experience up by trying to have made-up conversations about a piece of art which will certainly bring in the laughter.

A getaway is expensive. Instead, go sightseeing in the city itself. Every city has several tourist spots and most locals never find time to visit the place. So, plan a day outdoors, head to all the most happening tourist destinations, take a lot of pictures and get to know the city better.
