The most awaited moment for every single woman is the one when she got to know that she is pregnant. Alternatively, if pregnancy is not expected and you get it suddenly, you might feel uncomfortable. Whatever be the situation is, there are certain symptoms of early pregnancy that every single woman went through. After two or three weeks of conceiving, you may get symptoms such as nausea or morning sickness. Since every woman and pregnancy is different, so are the symptoms. You cannot compare the symptoms of one expecting women with another. Each pregnancy is special but there are some common characters shown by an expecting woman.

Mostly, early stages of pregnancies comprise of characteristics such as tiredness, nausea, morning sickness, and excessive saliva. When you are fully prepared for your pregnancy, you always suffers from morning sickness. In some women, it might appear in between 5th to 6th week after conceiving while in others it might appear only after two weeks. Morning sickness starts with a headache and vomiting. In some cases, you can feel like vomiting for the entire day. Apart from this you might feel weepy and restless. Some women feel sick, not just in the morning but for the whole day. Don't worry as you can always take steps that can make you feel better. Take small meals frequently as it improves the blood circulation which in turn helps in getting that nausea feeling after long intervals. Take Vitamin C such as lemon juice and fruits regularly. Munching ginger can give you a great help.

You might suffer from headache in early pregnancy. The headaches are quite common due to over thinking and bad stomach. If you suffer headaches quite often than you must take rest as much as possible. Every coming week in your pregnancy comes in with something different. These emotions give you an overjoy feeling of being a mother.

Another common symptom seen in early pregnancy is breathing problem. This problem occurs because your growing baby needs oxygen and with time as it develops it puts pressure on your lungs. You may get short of breath soon after doing a small house hold work or simple walk. During this condition, you should relax and take rest. Do not go for long walking sessions and heavy exercises as it may effect your baby.

Due to abrupt hormonal changes in early pregnancy, you might suffer extreme tiredness while doing little work. This occurs due to the changes that your body is facing for the development of your baby. You should take complete rest and go to bed early during the early stages of your pregnancy. Take small breaks while working and share your responsibilities. You can do some exercises as well to avoid this tiredness and remain fresh all day long. Eat a healthy diet rich in proteins and minerals. Drink plenty of water after small intervals.

You may suffer from sleepless nights during early stages or first trimester of your pregnancy. You might feel going to bathroom repeatedly. You can get attracted towards certain food such as pickles and other citrus fruits, which is a clear indication that you are pregnant. You start developing cravenness for these foods.

There can be reports of swollen breasts and pain. You will start feeling as if your breasts have swelled, or they have increased in their size. Other than that you feel some pain in your breasts, which is due to physical changes that are appearing in your body during pregnancy. This is a common symptom which appears in pregnancy as your body gets prepared to deliver a baby. Persistence of the elevated basal body temperature beyond the time of the expected menstrual period is another sign of early pregnancy.

You need to take special care of yourself during early stages of pregnancy as you can faint anywhere. Whenever you feel dizzy, take help from someone or sit down and relax. You need not to take a risk of keep doing your things as you are pregnant. Getting fainted can sometime harm your baby and you as well. Learn to take help from others.

Mood swing is another very big characteristic of being pregnant. You never know how you will be going to react to different situations. It might be possible that you erupt out of anger while talking or take certain important things easily. This is because of the reason that your body is adapting to hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy. You may seem to remain confused all the time. This is all part of early stages of pregnancy, which goes off well when you enter second trimester. Your smelling sensitivity might increase during early stages of pregnancy. You certainly start getting high odor from almost everything. This change is also a part of early pregnancy.

Well, most of the characteristic match with that of a pre-menstrual cycle but if you have missed your menstrual cycle than it confirms your pregnancy. Go to a doctor to avoid any confusion.
