Early mornings are considered to be the best time of the day. Especially for health conscious people and expectant mothers or mothers who have just given birth to infants. Early morning is the time when the air is purest and is most supplemented in oxygen. This environment is most suited for early morning walks, exercising and fitness workouts. When it comes to the proper growth of infants, ample walking is a must. And that too, if in the morning, it is considered to be the best for their health and growth. Even doctors recommend early morning walks for mothers and infants as it is during morning walks that the child grasps and interacts with nature the most. This interaction with the surroundings is very necessary for a child to grow and adapt herself with his surrounding environment.
As for mothers, it is considered an excellent way for shedding those chubby kilos around their waist, arms, thighs, shoulders etc which they gained during pregnancy. Also, weight loss due to exercising and walking during early mornings is not only considered the healthiest way, but also helps them maintain their body figure. While mothers work upon their fitness while walking and exercising, babies too have a fun outing early in the morning. Taking the babies to a park where they can watch and observe people. It’s considered important for their healthy mental development. Also, nature is at its active best early in the morning which adds to the baby’s learning and fun. That or a casual walk around the neighborhood is enough to freshen up one’s mind and head for a new day to start. A day if started with such an energetic event, keeps an individual fresh all day long.
Taking the babies out for a walk makes them meet new people and attempt to get out of the protective shell a mother have created for them. Also, they will meet other children of their age and learn the art of making friends and keeping companionship at a very early age. They would also learn to indulge in various other activities which normally don’t occur at their home. The fresh air also makes them experience a different aura of freshness and comfort.
Not all days are the same. Most women don’t like to go for a walk every morning. On such days, one should at least take the baby outside for some fresh morning air – spread a blanket on the front yard or a park and let the baby unwind. And on rainy days, hold the baby close and come to the window to let her experience the pour.
So when the morning comes, one should put on her shoes, take a stroll and set out to a new adventure with her baby. Both of them can take enjoyable walks in green parks and gardens, watch the birds fly by and also moms can teach their babies to smell flowers, touch leaves, walk on grass, sit on the bench and do lots more stuff together.
