A mother and a child’s relation are not established from the day of birth, instead from the very first day when the mother is diagnosed of conception. The relation is mortal and the phase of this mortality is instigated from the day, the couple gets the good news of their life becoming parent. Becoming a mother is the most beautiful feeling in the world and that is what completes a woman. In this phase of motherhood women undergoes lot many changes internally and lot many externally which a family ask her to do in her speech,  the way she should think, her eating habits as its not just a mother to be taken care of but also the child  who  develops in  mother’s womb.

Usually we come across elderly people in the family especially grandmother saying that a pregnant lady should take care of her health, and should be care full with her actions for the phase of 9 months as the child learns and get adapted to the things done and inculcates all what a mother does in her pregnancy phase. The studies have shown that fetal life developing within a mother start adapting themselves to the ambient languages and sound in the last trimester of gestation period. In this trimester the human fetuses memorize sounds and imbibe emotional contents from the surrounding, which a baby receives through her mother. The way the mother thinks during her pregnancy makes a huge impact on the child’s brain. The child thinks and learns what a mother does and the way the mother behaves during the gestation period. The newborns usually prefer the mother’s voices and receive the emotional waves through the intonation contours of the maternal speech. The baby receives everything what a mother acquires in the third trimester of gestation period.

The mother is the first teacher to the child, whatever the child grows into; all has been put into him by the mother’s womb. All the emotional behavior, the feelings which a child recognizes to in the real life is the actual teaching which the first teacher of her life, his/ her mother gives.   A father may be gospel in facing the real challenges of the real world, but the inbuilt traits and virtues which a child really does portray are what a child really acquires in the mothers’ womb. The child virtually acquires all the sounds and becomes adaptable to them. The cries which a child reflect during pain, the giggles when he being tickled, the fear, the tears all what the newborns reflects has been infused in to him through his mother during the third trimester. Nothing is just pushed in to him but over the period slowly and gradually the moods of mother becomes learning for the child.
A newborn baby sees the world, feels the space and reflects his reactions through what has been taught to him/her in the safe and secure zone of mother. A baby develops but the rudimentary platform has been created by the mother and lifelong the child just grows and follows the path forever with the best stage of life being decorated by his/her mother eternally, these emotions and learning remain knitted lifelong, till the cycle ceases to exist.
