Are you in doubt of being pregnant? Well, we have brought a list of symptoms that can help you in identifying that. The best way to confirm that you are pregnant is a pregnancy test. Missed periods also indicate pregnancy. There are some common symptoms being observed in early pregnancy in most of the women. It`s not essential that every single pregnant lady will develop or experience the same symptoms as each lady is different and so is pregnancy. These are the symptoms that a woman might develop during pregnancy:

Missed period: A missed period is a clear indication of pregnancy. Although it is not a proof but a missed period can alert you of being pregnant.

Nausea and Morning Sickness: This is the most common symptom that has been seen in pregnant ladies. Morning sickness starts in the early stages of pregnancy that may continue for 5-6 weeks. Nausea generally appears after 2-3 weeks of conceiving. Some woman suffers from nausea and morning sickness during the entire pregnancy while other do not develop it at all.

Altered Breast size: Breast appears swollen and sensitive during pregnancy. Nipples may become dark and you may feel some pain.  Fullness of breast and change in size gives an indication of pregnancy. When you conceive, your body undergoes a rapid change in hormone levels. Due to the changes in hormones, you may notice in one to two weeks that your breasts have become swollen, sore, or tingly.

Fatigue/Tiredness: After one to two weeks of conceiving you might get the unusual feeling of fatigue. Tiredness is an associated factor that develops with fatigue. You may feel tired while working for 2-3 hours. It indicates that you are pregnant and your body needs rest.

Food Cravings: During the early days of pregnancy, you may develop cravings for certain food, specially pickles and ice-creams. These cravings may last for your entire pregnancy.

Frequent Urination: Visiting a bathroom frequently is an early sign of pregnancy. You might feel to pass urine regularly due to the growing placenta.

Implantation Bleeding:
This is also an early sign of pregnancy, and it develops as an embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Cramping and spotting are observed in some women. Implantation bleeding does not appear in every single pregnant lady.

Mood Swing: During early stages of pregnancy, your body undergoes abrupt hormonal changes, and mood swing is a result of that. You never know how you would react in a particular situation. Irritation is quite common during early pregnancy.

There are few more symptoms that indicate pregnancy such as headaches, back pain, dizziness, constipation, increased basal body temperature, etc.
