Seek emotion in motion. Workout your mind and body by walking in a new place once a week. You`ll burn off calories and stress as you explore the sights.
Unchain your brain. Active minds stay sharper and sharp minds are sexy! So seek new activities. Take a class or find a volunteer commitment.
Remember your gender. You are a woman! So make yourself feel beautiful. Soak in the tub with a racy novel. And toss the tattered, ill-fitting stuff in your closet. Buy a new outfit, some new perfume or at least, some new lingerie!
Be spontaneous. Catch your partner by surprise and shed your inhibitions. (Who says the kitchen is just for mealtime? Push back the chairs and do the tango!)
